Liability Waiver

As a Kylie Vallender Hair client, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read Kylie Vallender Hair Terms and Conditions before your hair service.

The term ‘Kylie Vallender Hair’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website, Kylie Vallender, whose address is Kylie Vallender Hair, 111 Johnston St, Annandale NSW 2038. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of publication and may be revised by Kylie Vallender Hair from time to time.

Refunds & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can resolve any problems.

All products brought back into the salon for a refund must be returned in their original state and packaging. Retail products that have been damaged, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund. 

Change of mind purchases are non-refundable.

We strive to provide the best quality hair services to our clients, using the highest quality hair care products to guarantee your hair is always looking professional. Our clients are our top priority and we aim to make sure you leave feeling satisfied with your salon experience. We take great pride in welcoming you, and making sure your experience is pleasant and relaxing. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality when it comes to our hair care, products and professional services.

We know that our unique services make the difference and we have 100% guarantee on all our services at Kylie Vallender Hair. Meaning if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss any problems about the service you received.

Booking

During trading hours we strive to deliver the best in-salon experience meaning it can be difficult to monitor our phones and emails. We advise texting changes to bookings and appointment cancellations.

At times, your appointment time may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate this with you in advance of your appointment.

Cancellations | No Shows

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. The fee will automatically be added to your next appointment.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. The fee will automatically be added to your next appointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations are taken by text only. To cancel your appointment please text us.

If your cancellation is more than 24 hours from your start time you can reschedule with no fee.

We do not accept cancellations via email or webform as they are not monitored closely.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your booking, you will incur a $30 no show fee per service missed. The fee will automatically be added to your next appointment.

Note: 2 no-shows will result in payment upfront for future bookings.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling your booking prior to 24 hours:

If you reschedule your booking 24 hours+ of the first appointment start time you will not be charged.

Rescheduling your booking within 24 hours:

If you reschedule your booking within 24 hours of the first appointment start time you will incur a $30 cancellation fee per service cancelled. The fee will automatically be added to your next appointment.

Arrivals | Booking Times

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment is scheduled.

Late arrivals, if more than 10 mins late to your appointment:

You may incur an extended wait time.

You may be cancelled which will incur a $30 no show/cancellation fee per service. The fee will automatically be added to your next appointment.

Pricing

Prices and services are subject to change without notice to the customers.

Payment

We accept Visa, Efpos, Mastercard or cash in the salon. We cannot accept Amex payments.

Social Media

The team at Kylie Vallender Hair love hearing from you via Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and on Google. Social media is a great place to share your experiences, opinions and thoughts on our work in general, and an excellent way to communicate with Kylie Vallender Hair. Feel free to participate in any way to give us some feedback and any request to make Kylie Vallender Hair the best it can be. We will also use social media to provide you with updates and news about the salon and communicate with our clients on promotions and events.

Any and all photos and posts are part of Kylie Vallender Hair and we hold all the rights to the images. These images may be used for marketing or advertising purposes.

Communication

Kylie Vallender Hair uses recognisable information for communication, such as EDMs and account information. We may also use this information for other purposes, including promotional emails. If at any time a client wishes not to receive such mail, they can choose to opt out by logging into the online profile via our website or app.

Clients can unsubscribe from texts and email messages at any time, please note in doing so, you may not receive confirmation or cancellation texts or emails.

Notifications: If you book your service outside of 48 hours of the service start time you will receive a confirmation text this text will give you the chance to respond to confirm or cancel your appointment before the 24 hour deadline.

If you have unsubscribed, you will no longer receive these messages. To resubscribe you can log into your profile and change the settings.

Health

It is the clients responsibility to inform the service provider if they have any skin conditions or allergies.

Refusal of service will occur if we discover head lice in the hair.

Children At The Salon

Items such as hot tongs, hot irons, products and other items can be dangerous and harmful to your child(ren), so we respectfully request that  you do not bring your children to the salon for your appointment.

All content and images contained on this website remain at all times the property of Kylie Vallender Hair.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and infringe the copyright of Kylie Vallender Hair.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of Australia.

The Terms of Use attached to this website stand separate from the legal obligations of Kylie Vallender Hair under signed contract with clients.

Payment Terms

Kylie Vallender Hair requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.

My Guarantee

Kylie Vallender Hair’s liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). But, if you are not satisfied within 72 hours of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free.

Booking Policy

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Booking requests can also be made online, by texting us or in person
